Venison
Our venison comes from wild deer hunted in the area around Bryngwawr Farm, then brought back to be butchered and processed entirely on-site. Nothing travels through a supply chain, no middlemen, no long journeys — just wild meat from the land around us, prepared by hand in our own kitchen. Rich, lean, and deeply savoury, it makes for a burger that's a world away from anything you'd find on a supermarket shelf.

Classic
Our signature venison burger, made with over 90% meat and a carefully balanced spice blend. The smoky paprika and earthy cumin lift the natural flavour of the venison, while the marjoram and thyme bring a herby warmth that nods to the woodland the deer came from. Cook it medium for the best balance of juiciness and bite.
