We are a first generation farming family who recently moved to Wales to pursue our dreams of connecting with nature and getting closer to the source of our food.
Our journey began with a simple desire: to understand where our food comes from, to raise animals with care and respect, and to provide our community with the highest quality, locally-sourced meat. We believe in sustainable farming practices, animal welfare, and the importance of knowing exactly what goes into the food we eat.
At Bryngwawr Farm, we're not just raising livestock - we're building a connection between the land, our animals, and the families we serve. Every cut of meat we offer comes from animals that have been raised with attention, butchered with skill, and prepared with pride.

Specialist Software Engineer & Acting Butcher
With a background as a specialist software engineer, Stephen brings a unique perspective to farming. His experience spans various industries including energy, banking, and AI, giving him a problem-solving mindset that he now applies to the challenges of modern farming.
On the farm, Stephen wears many hats - from acting butcher, carefully preparing each cut with precision and care, to tractor driver, working the land that sustains our animals. His technical expertise and attention to detail ensure that every aspect of our operation runs smoothly and efficiently.
Lydia
Specialist Education Professional & Herdsperson
Lydia brings her expertise as a specialist education professional to the farm, having worked with children of various ages with complex special needs. Her patience, care, and understanding of individual needs translate beautifully to her work with our animals.
As our herdsperson, Lydia ensures that every animal receives the attention and care they deserve. She also manages our fruit and vegetable operations, bringing the same dedication and nurturing approach to growing produce. Her background in education has given her a deep understanding of the importance of creating the right environment for growth and wellbeing - whether that's for children or our farm animals.
