Our venison comes from wild deer hunted in the area around Bryngwawr Farm, then brought back to be butchered and processed entirely on-site. Nothing travels through a supply chain, no middlemen, no long journeys, just wild meat from the land around us, prepared by hand in our own kitchen. Rich, lean, and deeply savoury, it makes for meat a world away from anything you'd find on a supermarket shelf.
