Our lamb comes from native Welsh hill breeds, Welsh Mountain and Welsh Hill Speckled Face sheep, raised on the pastures of Bryngwawr Farm. These hardy, slow-growing breeds are perfectly suited to the Welsh hills, producing meat with the delicate, sweet flavour and fine grain that proper hill lamb is known for. Every box is butchered to order so you get a balanced selection of cuts, ready for the freezer.
